How to Apply : Ex-servicemen candidates are required to report at any of the recruitment venues on the given dates against each. They will have to fill the application form which will be supplied to them at the recruitment venue by their respective Recruitment Board. No application fee will be charged.

Advertisement for recruitment of Constable (General Duty - GD) in ITBP

Applications are invited for filling up the 850 posts of Constables  in ITB Police from Indian citizens.

1. Constable (General Duty - GD) : 850 posts in various states of India

• Age : Between 18 to 23 years as on 01/08/2010
• Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2000/-
• Qualification : Matriculation or 10th class pass.

Application Form : OMR application will be used for this recruitment which will be available in the Head Post Offices of district in the all states for which this recruitment is being done. This OMR form will be available from 23/08/2010 onwards on payment of Rs.40/-
Fee : All candidates belonging to General & OBC category should furnish a crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft worth Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of the "Account Officer, Directorate General, ITB Police Force alongwith their application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from application fee .

How to Apply : OMR Application Form should be sent to reach the DIG (Pers-2 & Rectt.), Director General, Indo Tibet Border Police Force, Block No. II, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the last date 22/09/2010.

Advertisement for recruitment of Sub-Inspector (Overseer) in ITBP

Applications are invited for filling up the 19 posts of Sub-Inspector (Ovrseer) Group 'B' in ITB Police from Indian citizens.
 
Age : Between 20 to 25 years as on 20/08/2010
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200/-
Educational Qualification : Matric or equivalent with Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government.
Fee : All candidates belonging to General & OBC category should furnish a crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft worth Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of the "Account Officer, Directorate General, ITB Police Force alongwith their application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from application fee .

How to Apply : Application Form in prescribed format along with Candidate’s Admission Card and attested copies of requisite documents/testimonials should be sent in an envelope superscriber with bold letter "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SUB-INSPECTOR (OVERSEER) IN ITBPF” by the candidates so as to reach the DIG (Engineer), Directorate General, ITB Police Force, Block No. II, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the last date 20/08/2010.

Age Limit: Between 18 to 25 years
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
(a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
(b) Minimum speed of 40 words per minutes in English typewriting or 30 words per minute in Hindi typewriting and a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand English or Hindi.
(c) Should have basic knowledge of computer application.
