Recruitment of Lower Division Clerks (LDC) and Stenographer

Online Applications are invited to fill up following posts in the West Bengal region of ESI Corporation :

• Stenographer: 09 Posts
• Pay Band 5200-20,200/- Grade Pay 2400/- + allowances
• Age: 18 to 27 years as on 18.10.2010
• Qualification:
• Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Stenography (English / Hindi)
• Working knowledge of computer including Office Suites and database
• LDC: 89 Posts
• Pay Band: 5200-20,200/- Grade Pay 1900/- + allowances
• Age: 18 to 27 years as on 18.10.2010
• Qualification:
• Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Working knowledge of computer including use of Office suites and data base with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi.

Application Fee: A Demand Draft for Rs.225/-  drawn in favour of The Regional Director, ESI Corporation, Kolkata, payable at Kolkata from any Nationalized Bank. For SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen  category, Women Candidates required to pay Rs. 25/- postage charges only.
