Recruitment of Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants Exam-2010

1. Postal Assistants in Post Offices: 746 posts
2. Postal Assistant in Circle Office and Regional Offices : 35 posts
3. Postal Assistants in Savings Bank Control Organization : 21 posts
4. Sorting Assistants in Railway Mail Service : 184 posts
5. Postal and Sorting Assistant in Army Postal Service: 10 posts
6. Postal Assistant s in Mail Motor Services: 02 posts

• Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400/- + Admissible Allowances.
• Age: 18-25 years as on 05/10/2010
• Qualification : Pass in 10+2 or 12th with English as a compulsory subject and should have studied the Hindi Language as a subject at the least upto Matriculation or equivalent.

How To Apply: Application duly completed along with attested copies of the certificates and other required documents should be submitted to the officers concerned on or before 05/10/2010 by Speed Post/Registered Post.

Selction Process: Written Examination will be held on 14/11/2010 at 10.00 am.
